Store Policy

1. Face coverings or masks are required at all times while on the premises. 
2. We only admit 8 people in the store at any given time. So please note, we advise that only the patient and or (if a child is under the age of 17),the patient and one parent only, come in. Also, if you are observing people in our store when you arrive and only notice 7 people in the general area, there might be a 8th patient in the exam room.Thus,you,other family members or friends accompanying you, might be asked to remain outside of the store. 
3. Eye examinations or contact lens evaluations are done by appointment only.Visit mypildes.com and schedule an appointment there. All other services are done on a first come first serve basis.
4. IMPORTANT: Due to the increased volume and requests for Eye Examinations, if you are more than 10 minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment.
